Opened in august 2023. they offer two types of soup: a clear soup made with awaodori chicken and added with kelp from southern hokkaido and dried mackerel, and a white soup made with umami extracted from maple leaves, chicken wings, chicken bones, and minced chicken. they also offer soy sauce and salt ramen using their own homemade seasoning, such as "rich soba" and "chicken soba." the noodles are a perfect match with the springy noodles that have a fragrant whole wheat flour flavor. we also recommend adding toppings such as "smoked char siu" and "smoked seasoned egg."
