This is a sister store of "asuru," a famous ramen shop in takatsuki, where ramen shops compete fiercely. the stylish storefront is impressive. as the large lantern hanging in front of the store indicates, the main dish here is salt ramen. the soup has a rich flavor that you wouldn't expect from the clear appearance, and it goes perfectly with the slightly thick, curly noodles. the chicken flakes topping gives off a nice aroma. you can also add yuzu pepper to change the flavor. to accompany the ramen, we recommend the "fried rice," which is packed with umami.
