This popular jiro-style ramen shop has long lines. the soup is a punchy tonkotsu soy sauce, the noodles are thick and flat, and the pork slices are thick and filling. of particular note is that even the regular "regular ramen" has 300g of noodles (about three times the amount at other restaurants). if you're a first timer, we recommend starting with the "small" size with 150g or 200g of noodles. you can also choose from toppings such as garlic, vegetables, oil, and extra spiciness, as well as cheese, raw egg, and green onions.
