Kinugawabashi udon research institute
The restaurant serves carefully made udon noodles made from 100% domestic wheat and whole wheat flour milled in-house in a stone mill. the weekday-only lunch plate, which can be paired with your favorite udon, is a great deal as it allows you to enjoy a small portion of rice and a side dish (which changes weekly) full of local vegetables. all the vegetables are domestically produced, and the entire menu does not contain milk, dairy products, or eggs, so even those with food allergies can rest assured. you can also enjoy homemade drinks and sweets at the cafe and live house on the second floor.
