Handmade sanuki udon
This popular restaurant is well known among udon lovers and has many repeat customers. the udon noodles are neither too thick nor too thin, with just the right amount of firmness and smooth texture. the broth, made with dried sardines, is rich, and the tempura, including shrimp tempura and chikuwa tempura, are fried to a crisp. there is a wide variety of menu items, from a la carte to set meals, and no matter what you choose, you will be very satisfied. the "beef kasu udon" and "meat tsukemen" are popular regardless of the season. in winter, the "white miso udon" and "hiroshima oyster white miso udon" are also recommended.
