Passionate udon iwamasa
This popular restaurant is located along national route 173. the chewy udon noodles are made in-house using a blend of three types of wheat flour, then hand-cut. the dashi stock is made without any chemical seasonings, and is carefully prepared over time using five different ingredients, including kelp and bonito. there is a wide variety of menu items, and some of the most recommended dishes are the "curry kamatama," with a mild spiciness and a fragrant spice; the "chicken sweet and sour bukkake," with delicious chicken tempura marinated in a homemade sweet black vinegar sauce; and the "sujinegi udon," where you can enjoy the delicious flavor of tendon meat.
