Inakawa honpo kamimasa
This japanese sweets shop was founded in 1883. in addition to standard japanese sweets, they also have a wide selection of sweets inspired by the history of kawanishi and sweets using figs. in addition to "seiwa no shizuku," a whole fig soaked in honey, dried and then covered in wafer paper, and "bijomaru," a bun with white bean paste and figs wrapped in a fluffy skin, other recommended sweets include "fig warabimochi" and "fig kuzu ice cream" in the summer, "fig ippai" in the fall, and "detchi yokan" in the winter.
