The slightly brown homemade udon noodles, made from 100% hokkaido wheat flour mixed with malt, are thick and chewy, with a springy texture. the menu is rich, ranging from simple udon such as kake, bukkake, kamaage, and kamatama, to curry udon and sudachi soy sauce udon, as well as side dishes such as inari sushi and rice dishes, tempura, and toppings. the signature menu item, the morning set meal, has people lining up as soon as the restaurant opens at 7am.
