This cafe and shop is run by the french restaurant "fran elegant" in minoh. located on the first floor of hashimototei, it has a takeaway and sales space selling products made with the local specialty, miju yuzu, as well as a riverside open-air cafe from which you can enjoy the view of minoh takimichi. a recommended sweet that makes a great gift is "little treasure." it is a proud masterpiece made by combining fair trade white chocolate and egg yolk paste, wrapped in gyuhi, and infused with the refreshing scent of yuzu.
