Royal ship atakemaru
A large pleasure boat operated by kobe bay cruises with a capacity of 500 people. it is modeled after the giant ship "atakemaru," which is said to have been built by order of tokugawa iemitsu during the edo period. the interior of the boat, which was renovated in 2017 under the supervision of designer eiji mitooka, features an elegant design that combines traditional and modern styles like a mandala. enjoy a graceful 45-minute stroll on the water as you cruise around popular courses in kobe port, with views of the akashi kaikyo bridge and the japan maritime self-defense force's submarines.
