This up-and-coming japanese confectionery shop opened in 2021 in nishiin, kyoto. it sells everyday japanese snacks and high-quality fresh confections, created by the owner who has trained at well-known long-established kyoto shops such as oimatsu, kameya yoshinaga, and demachi futaba. the lineup includes standard items such as daifuku made with black beans from tanba, as well as joyo manju and dango. in addition to these, there are limited-time sweets and high-quality fresh confections such as kashiwamochi, warabimochi, and ohagi, allowing you to enjoy a selection that matches the season.
