This restaurant is proud of its authentic neapolitan pizza, baked in a large wood-fired oven. the pizzas, made with flour, cheese, and salt imported from italy, are about 30cm in diameter. they are irresistibly delicious, with a crispy outside and chewy inside. they offer tomato- and cheese-based pizzas, as well as flavors that are still rare in japan. the antipasto is also of high quality, and the "antipasti platter," which can be ordered for the number of people, is beautifully colored and is sure to go well with wine.
