Osaka university museum
Since the founding of osaka university, academic specimens that have been collected and stored for many years are on display. there are five permanent exhibits, including "learning from machikaneyama," which features the world-renowned fossil of the machikane crocodile from about 400,000 years ago, and "visual science," which displays japan's first electron microscope. in addition, special exhibitions are held two or three times a year, and museum lectures and workshops are held according to each theme.
