This cafe is directly managed by the long-established popsicle specialty store "hokkyoku." they have a wide selection of drinks on the menu, including japanese sweets such as anmitsu and zenzai, as well as homemade mixed juices and cream sodas. another highlight is the fluffy shaved ice, based on the same flavor as their long-selling popsicle "milk," which can be enjoyed all year round. you can also eat popsicles purchased at the shop on the first floor (one order required at the cafe).
