The bread is baked with the concept of "strong (crisp) and supple (soft)," and is made with the utmost care by our artisans. there are many breads with a rich wheat flavor, including the mountain-shaped "english bread," which uses the recipe of "elm," a bread shop in aoya, kobe, and the "traditional baguette," which has a crispy surface. croissants, available in two varieties with and without syrup, and satisfying sandwiches are also popular. the side salad is a great accompaniment for lunch.
