Bread shop ikoiko
This small bakery is open only two days a week (friday and saturday). they use a variety of homemade natural yeasts grown from plants such as raisins and dates to bake fragrant bread. they have a wide variety of breads, including crispy "croissants" folded with yotsuba butter, "sweet potato bread" stuffed with homemade sweet potato paste, and hard "cheese french bread" filled with chunks of cheese. each product is accompanied by a handwritten pop, showing that each product is carefully made.
