Spicy dandan noodles specialty store: koshayakumen
The signature dish, "dan dan," is a dry dandan noodle dish made with a mix of more than 50 types of sauces, soups, sesame paste, and spices. it is topped with a colorful assortment of kobe pork mince, cashew nuts from india, onions from awaji island, pickled egg, and mizuna, which are mixed well with the chewy medium-thick noodles to whet your appetite. we recommend adding the three types of vinegar provided on the table, as well as a soft-boiled egg and "dive rice" (rice for the final dish) to enjoy different flavors. you can also choose the level of spiciness and numbness.
