Manraiken deyashiki liber b1
Only known to those in the know, this is a long-established local chinese restaurant located in the basement of the deyashiki station building. the popular "gyoza" is a superb dish with a thin, crispy skin and a prominent garlic and ginger flavor. other recommended dishes include the "ankake champon" (thickened bean paste champon), a specialty that has been around since the restaurant first opened, and the "tenshinhan" (rice with thickened bean paste) with its irresistible thick sauce. currently run by the third generation, the restaurant still offers western dishes such as "omurice" and "fried shrimp," a vestige of the first generation owner's western cuisine background.
