Sanyo shinkansen memorial park
Built when the sanyo shinkansen line opened in 1972, this park is located directly above the eastern entrance to the 16-kilometer-long rokko tunnel (the western entrance is at shin-kobe station). you can get a close-up look at the impressive shinkansen trains going in and out of the tunnel at high speed.
