They are proud of their soup, which brings out the best in the ingredients, such as hinai jidori chicken and mussels from akita prefecture, and honkarebushi dried fish from ibusuki. they offer a superb bowl of ramen, which is mixed with medium-thin straight noodles rich in the flavor of wheat. other popular dishes include the "golden shell ramen," with its clear soup and the rich flavor of mussels condensed into it, the "jidori soy sauce ramen," which makes the most of the richness of the local chicken by blending multiple soy sauces, and the "daiginjo miso ramen," which is only available in-store (only available from october to february).
