Ramen edaya
We offer healthy ramen with soup made with no artificial additives and made with carefully selected ingredients. we offer three different flavors: "shoyu ramen" made with a blend of six types of soy sauce, "salt ramen" made by condensing the flavor over two days, and "miso ramen" made with our homemade sweet bean paste made from two types of miso for a rich flavor. please enjoy our special whole wheat noodles that are chewy, fragrant, and crisp.
