Shirataka rokusuien
This is a facility where you can experience the history and culture of sake brewing and the charms of japanese sake from various angles. the nostalgic building was recreated to resemble the home of the tatsuma family, a shirataka brewer who once lived in this area. it is home to a shop selling seasonal sake and other exclusive alcoholic beverages, a restaurant, a sake bar, a multipurpose hall, and more. there are also exhibits of tools used in traditional sake brewing and everyday items from the late edo period to the early showa period.
