This shop specializes in the classic dutch snack "stroopwafel." it is made of thin, baked cookie-like dough with a generous amount of creamy, homemade sweet caramel between the pieces. in addition to the classic dutch cinnamon flavor, they offer over 10 different flavors, including original flavors that can only be tasted here, such as vanilla, orange, chocolate, and matcha. this shop is unique in that you can see the waffles being baked through the glass in the workshop at the back of the store. you can also purchase waffles from the vending machine in front of the store, even outside opening hours.
