Imanishiken
This is a long-established japanese sweets store founded in 1897. since being taken over by the current fourth generation owner, it has become popular as a specialty store that only sells the specialty "ohagi". the ohagi are made with plenty of bean paste from hokkaido that is carefully cooked in an okudosan (a traditional japanese stove). there are three types: "tsubuan", "smooth bean paste", and "kinako", all of which have a light sweetness. they often sell out by mid-morning, so be sure to buy early.
