This is the second branch of a kyoto-based hamburger restaurant. it serves authentic burgers, with patties made from 100% kyoto wagyu beef, as well as vegetables and buns that are all from kyoto. the juicy, thick patty and the generous amount of vegetables are firmly held in the special bun. there is a wide variety of burgers available, including the classic "cheeseburger" and the "lotus root fried and kujo leek burger," with the ingredients coated in homemade demi-glace sauce. it is also a perfect accompaniment for a picnic at hattori ryokuchi park.
