Takatsuki skyland
This is a plaza on the rooftop of the takatsuki mizumirai center. you can spend a relaxing time in the spacious park, which is equipped with a grass plaza, a multi-purpose plaza, a babbling waterway, and more. you can also see the shinkansen trains running from inside the park, so it's a great place to go with children who love trains.
