A small white-walled building is the landmark of this dorayaki specialty shop. its dough is made with unsweetened organic soy milk without the addition of water, and its homemade bean paste is made by carefully cooking hokkaido-grown red beans, resulting in a gentle flavor. everything is handmade in the store, hand-baked one by one on a copper plate. in addition to the seven standard varieties, including the ever-popular "red bean paste" that has been popular since the store opened, "white bean paste" made with large red beans, and "an butter" with a salty butter flavor, don't miss out on the winter-only "chocolate bean paste."
