This is the first store of the kokorozasi group, which has stores in osaka and hyogo. the signature dish is the "tonkotsu ramen," made with a rich, creamy soup with no unpleasant odor and firm, thin noodles. other unique ramen dishes include the "black oil ramen," made with plenty of oil used to fry garlic and onions, and the "red oil ramen," which is elegantly finished with oil used to fry shrimp. the "tsukemen," which is dipped in piping hot soup made from pork bones and vegetables, is only available at lunchtime.
