This 20-year-old black tea specialty store is located in a corner of a japanese-style mansion near the sanmon gate of tenryu-ji temple. to commemorate its 20th anniversary, the store developed its original royal milk tea soft serve ice cream, which was popular at black tea specialty stores. this was also the turning point when the store closed its cafeteria and opened a soft serve ice cream specialty store in front of the gate. the specially selected assam black tea, which is uncolored, unflavored, and lightly sweet, is enjoyed by people of all ages. the mix of specially selected matcha and black tea is also popular for its well-balanced flavor while still retaining the flavors of each.
