This park is located on the roof of the harada treatment plant's 3rd water treatment facility. it consists of a grassy area, a babbling brook area, and a multi-purpose sports area, and is a great place to relax for families as well as joggers and picnickers. it also has a playground and a well-maintained sandbox, making it an ideal play area for children. it is adjacent to osaka international airport, so you can see planes up close. enjoy your time however you like in this park with a great view, which was selected as one of the "100 views of toyonaka."
