As the gateway to mt. rokko, the train travels from rokko cable shita station to rokko sanjo station, a distance of approximately 1.7 km with an elevation difference of 493.3 m, in approximately 10 minutes.
there are two trains: the "classic type" and the "retro type".
the train is operated with two cars, a box-shaped car on the mountaintop side and an observation car on the mountainside, which is rare even in the world.
