this is a contemporary art festival where you can enjoy the numerous artworks exhibited at various venues on mt. rokko in kobe while hiking around. held annually since 2010, this year marks the 16th anniversary. mt. rokko has developed through encounters with new culture brought by foreign residents during the meiji era. please enjoy this special art festival where you can experience the nature and history of the mountain from a new perspective of contemporary art.
