This is a sister restaurant of the popular udon kobo yuyu in tsukaguchi. their beautifully presented tempura is fried in 100% rice oil, resulting in a light batter and crispy texture that allows the colors of the vegetables to shine through. as a sister restaurant to a udon restaurant, the special tempura sauce, made with rishiri kelp and dried bonito flakes, is also delicious and full of flavor. for lunch, we recommend the 100% buckwheat soba and mini tempura bowl or tempura assortment set. in the evening, they also offer a full course menu, including selected sake and udon sukiyaki.
