This park was developed on the former site of mizuo pond. it is equipped with a variety of play equipment full of creativity and adventure, as well as fitness equipment that helps promote health. on the north side of the park, there is a 5m-high grassy hill, which is equipped with gazebos and benches, making it an ideal place for picnics. the outer garden path can be used as a 450m jogging course. in spring, somei-yoshino and satozakura cherry trees bloom in full bloom, making it a great place for cherry blossom viewing.
