Handmade soba kobanaan
This soba and udon specialty restaurant has been in business for 28 years. both the soba and udon are handmade in the store and served freshly boiled. the recommended "oroshi soba" has chewy soba noodles mixed with plenty of grated daikon radish and homemade soba soup, giving it a refreshing taste. the popular "tenzaru" is also piled high with two large shrimp and vegetable tempura on a separate plate! it's a dish that is sure to fill you up, and is full of hospitality. the thick soba soup with buckwheat kernels is also one of the specialties, so enjoy it at the end of the meal.
