A cute bakery cafe located down an alley. the owner started making "shinano's cinnamon rolls" in an attempt to recreate the deliciousness of a cinnamon roll he had tasted while traveling. the rolls are not too sweet, have a slightly hard, spicy dough, and are perfect for a light meal. in addition to the cinnamon rolls, which come in a variety of flavors, we also recommend the "countryside baguette made from domestic wheat" and handmade sandwiches. enjoy them with soups packed with ingredients or home-roasted coffee.
