Their signature product is the "hakukyu monaka," a specialty confectionery developed in toyonaka, the birthplace of high school baseball. the white monaka skin is decorated with seams like a baseball, and is stuffed with separately packaged red bean paste and yuzu paste just before serving. it keeps well, making it the perfect souvenir. in the summer, their "kuzu bar" is also very popular. it is a low-calorie, chewy, non-melting popsicle made with kudzu.
