This is a circular burial mound with one of the largest stone chambers in japan. the stone chamber is large, with the burial chamber reaching a height of 5.2 meters. it is believed to have been constructed between the late 6th and early 7th centuries. the thirteen-story stone pagoda inside the chamber dates back to the 14th century and is designated as a national important cultural property. please refrain from entering the burial chamber.
