Located on the nagaoyama hills, stretching from hibarigaoka to the vicinity of nakayama-dera, this is one of many burial mounds known as cluster tombs that were built during the 6th and 7th centuries. it sits on the easternmost ridge at an elevation of approximately 120 meters. this circular burial mound, with a diameter of approximately 15 meters and a horizontal stone chamber, is believed to be the tomb of a powerful figure in the region.
