Rengeji temple
This small, beautiful temple is surrounded by blooming flowers. it is said that in 729, gyoki saw an auspicious light shining in the pond and built the temple complex. although it was destroyed in the ōnin war, it was rebuilt in 1720, and the wooden standing statues of jizō bodhisattva and eleven-faced kannon are now designated cultural properties of the prefecture.
