Kyoto city kyocera museum of art
Opened in 1933 (showa 8), it is the oldest existing public art museum building in japan. it houses approximately 4,400 works, primarily focusing on modern and contemporary kyoto art, including japanese paintings, western paintings, sculptures, crafts, calligraphy, and prints.
