Tenma tenjin hanjo-tei
Opened in september 2006, this is a permanent rakugo (traditional japanese comic storytelling) venue, revived after 60 years since the end of world war ii. here, you can enjoy rakugo all year round. the land was provided free of charge by tenmangu shrine, and the construction cost of 240 million yen was covered by donations from individuals and companies. approximately 1,200 lanterns are hung inside and outside the building.
