Sweet coffee and taiyaki
This taiyaki cafe makes its products based on the recipes of marukin confectionery, a taiyaki shop that originated in amakusa, kumamoto. the adorable round taiyaki come in three varieties: "tsubuan", "custard" and "mix", and no matter which side you bite into, there's plenty of bean paste. the bean paste is a high-quality product from miyakoseian in kyoto, and the custard is homemade, mixed with specially selected tea leaves from amakusa. they use beans procured from akai tsuki coffee, a roasted coffee brand in amakusa, and serve coffee that pairs perfectly with the sweet pancake batter of their taiyaki.
