Imashirozuka tomb park
This public park is symbolized by the imashirozuka tomb, which is said to be the true tomb of emperor keitai. the green-covered mound is open to the public, and it is known as the only tomb in japan where visitors can freely stroll through the inside of the tomb. the mound is surrounded by a spacious lawn and an inner bank that stretches for about 1km, making it perfect for picnics and running. another highlight is the haniwa ceremony site, where about 200 haniwa figures are lined up to recreate the emperor's haniwa ceremony.
