Founded in 1950, this shop is steeped in the atmosphere of kyoto's coffee culture. it started out in the basement, and in 1966 it was expanded to the first floor and renovated to its current interior. the interior, modeled after a luxury cruise ship, exudes a well-worn beauty, creating a truly good old retro space. in this relaxing atmosphere, you can enjoy the mellow, satisfying coffee, mainly made with original blends, made using cloth drip coffee. be sure to enjoy it with one of their homemade donuts.
