This bakery was founded in 1946 and has multiple stores in kobe. chef izutsu, certified kobe meister, takes great care in making the dough and provides bread that has long been loved in everyday life. they have a wide variety of breads, including "hard yamashoku" and "emperor", as well as "torrelon", a french bread dough wrapped around coarsely ground sausage and whole grain mustard, and "beef curry" with plenty of beef. some products are only available at the main store, so be sure to try them.
