Planned to meet the demand from law firms due to its location, this is the first office building in the kansai region to offer all rooms for rent. its unique design blends taisho-era modernism with traditional japanese aesthetics. the southeast corner is cut off to form the main entrance, adorned with a gable-like decoration above, and a bronze rain shelter above the entrance. it possesses a mysterious charm that is unforgettable once you see it.
