Kobe port tower
Built in 1963 to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the opening of kobe port, this 108-meter-tall, drum-shaped tower offers panoramic views of kobe port from its rooftop deck and observation floor, and is renowned for its beautiful night views. it has long been a beloved symbol of kobe port. in addition, meriken park contains monuments such as the kobe kaientai monument and the meriken theater monument. furthermore, sightseeing boats departing from the central pier terminal right next to the port tower offer tours of the harbor.
