Kobe nunobiki herb garden
Located on a mountaintop approximately 400 meters above sea level, this resort offers panoramic views of the port city of kobe. take a 10-minute ropeway ride to enjoy the cityscape of kobe below. upon disembarking at the summit of the kobe nunobiki herb garden, one of japan's largest herb gardens spread across approximately 4 hectares, you'll be greeted by 75,000 plants of around 200 species of herbs and flowers that change with the seasons. from spring to early summer, the garden is in full bloom with mimosa, mountain cherry blossoms, chamomile, roses, lavender, hydrangeas, and lilies. in addition, the garden is dyed red and yellow by the "nunobiki autumn leaves" with sunflowers, globe amaranth, kochia, sage, roses, and cosmos. you can spend a day elegantly enjoying the changing seasons, sipping wine at the outdoor market, having lunch at the restaurant, cafe, or on the terrace, relaxing in a hammock, or admiring the night view.
