After ichizo kobayashi's death, his former residence, "gazoku sanso," which had been used as an art museum, was restored to its original state when the museum was relocated. it reopened in 2010 (heisei 22) as a facility showcasing his achievements, along with the adjacent "hakubaikan." visitors can learn not only about him as an entrepreneur who worked on various businesses that enriched people's lives, such as hankyu railway, takarazuka revue, hankyu department store, and toho, but also about his cultural side, where he enjoyed interacting with people through his hobbies of haiku and tea ceremony, and left behind numerous writings.
